"Woman to Woman" is a new podcast that looks at overcoming stereotypes that keep women down. The host, Divya Yerraguntla, talks with women leaders who have broken through those barriers. Guests share their knowledge about what works and what doesn't. The aim of the podcast is to create a multiplier effect around this wisdom so that all women can take advantage of new opportunities and find success.

About the Podcast

In recent times we see a lot of initiatives started by companies and countries to promote women leadership. There are a lot more opportunities than the number of women needed. It'll take us time to develop these women leaders, however the opportunities are being presented now. There is no set path that you can follow, it is an iterative process that very few women have gone through. Typically we gain this knowledge from one on one interactions. With this podcast the advice which these leaders give will have a multiplier effect and reach many more women.

There are people who want to help and people who are seeking help, but there is no set platform for them to reach each other. This podcast will try to fill that gap.
